OttoKnows is published by Josselin Biot, a sole trader under the trade name Drift Studio, 12 rue des Carrières, 95300 Pontoise, France, SIREN 108 603 648. Contact: contact@driftstudio.app.

You import a chat export (WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram or Messenger). Otto, a character powered by artificial intelligence, turns it into stats and a written report: scores, analyses, quotes, awards and advice.

The report is content for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not psychological, medical or legal advice, nor the truth about anyone's feelings. It is generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccurate interpretations.

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must have the right to share the chat you import and use it for strictly personal purposes.
• You may not use the service to monitor, harass, pressure or publicly expose anyone, or to analyze a chat obtained without their knowledge.
• You don't publish a report containing other people's messages without their consent.

• The report preview (stats and first analysis) is free.
• The full report costs €9.99 per report, as a one-time payment, with no subscription. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
• Payment is collected by Whop when you order. An invoice is available on request.

The full report is digital content supplied immediately after payment. In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by ticking the box provided before paying, you request its immediate supply and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

If the report doesn't generate or is unusable because of a technical problem on our end, write to us: we'll regenerate it or refund you.

We do our best to keep the service running and the analyses relevant, but we can't guarantee the accuracy of generated content. You remain the sole judge of any decisions you make after reading a report. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the report concerned, except in cases of gross negligence or personal injury.

You may use your report for personal purposes. The site, the Otto character and the graphic elements remain the property of Drift Studio.

For any complaint, first write to contact@driftstudio.app. If no solution is found, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge (contact details provided on request).

These terms are governed by French law. You also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. See also the privacy policy.
